Key Responsibilities ● Act as the primary client contact for projects, ensuring smooth communication.● Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks.● Manage timelines, budgets & workflows via our PM tool (Magnetic).● Track project progress, address bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.● Ensure accurate time tracking, financial updates, and budget alignment. Web Production Management ● Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.● Coordinate with internal teams to prioritise tasks and manage workloads according to project requirements.● Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, proactively addressing them to ensure timely delivery.● Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, both internally and with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.● Collaborate with creative, marketing, and development teams to streamline workflows and optimise resource utilisation.● Implement and maintain project management tools and systems to enhance efficiency and transparency across the agency.● Continuously evaluate and improve processes to drive productivity and quality standards.
