**CRITERIA**
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- At least two years of agency experience or in a similar role
- Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
- Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
- Excellent verbal communication skills and organisation abilities
- Must be able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute on marketing strategies for stores and online store
- Daily activities: content planning, briefing to design and media planning agencies, asset creation, media briefing, sign-off, delivery, and post-implementation review
- Present on social campaigns, sharing and make recommendations with Marketing Manager and designer
- Work closely with social media agency on paid social media data reports
- Develop, implement and manage end-to-end social media strategy and creation of digital content for social media channels

(Facebook, Facebook Live, Instagram, Tik Tok, Klayvio, Mailchimp)
- Design content for organic posts as well as paid formats ensuring up-to-date social media ad formats
- Manage external videographers / photographers / designers to plan and produce professional shot content
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
