**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain and update marketing materials
- Provide creative direction based on Partner CI
- Work closely with internal stakeholders like MarTech, Brand and Analytics
- Ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets, with a

clear focus on incremental sales and improving campaign performance
- Understand the expectations of the assigned partners to ensure fast, efficient, and cost-effective services are delivered to meet those expectations
- Assist with marketing strategy and planning where necessary
- Book campaigns into Asana and check against the marketing calendar
- Compile post campaign analysis where necessary
- Ensure monthly marketing performance reports are shared with internal and external

stakeholders
- Data Extraction and Exploration - Take ownership of data extraction processes. Explore data

sets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
- Generate hypotheses based on data insights and campaign objectives and develop structured analytical frameworks to test hypotheses effectively
- Provide analytical insights to support key campaigns with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with partners to gather relevant data and insights for campaign planning and

execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into analytical projects.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Marketing / or Qualified Internship
- At least 2 years campaign management/assistant experience
- Understanding financial services and or Business Funding for SMEs advantageous
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Previous experience or coursework in data analysis or business intelligence is preferred
- Ability to take ownership of campaigns from end to end, including briefs, copy writing,

analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into

actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding financial services and or Business Funding for SMEs advantageous

**Salary**: Up to R30 000,00 per month
