**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:
**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
- Requisition Management:
- Schedule and conduct job intake meetings for all requests.
- Collaborates with CX department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Sit down with stakeholders to provide updates on account health checks, building rapport and trust with the hiring team.
- Educate the stakeholders on the TA process.
- Understand all requirements by consistent sync up and immersion with hiring managers.
- Building knowledge and understanding of a variety of roles in order to take job requirements and effectively qualify, screen, and shortlist applicants.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.- Manage all recruitment channels (referrals, online job boards, etc.) and, if needed, research and recommend new sourcing channels/methods.
- Attend networking activities to promote Boldr and open roles.
- Perform and record general assessment, initial and behavioral interviews.
- Contacting past applicants and internal talents for new job opportunities.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Administrative and Miscellaneous:
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and trackers.
- Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
- Prepare reports for clients and hiring managers as necessary.
- Undertake an in-depth review of current selection methodologies, making recommendations for, and implementing change.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and People Experience during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Attends and participates in job fairs and other recruitment events..
**Requirements**:
YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Preferably with a Targeted Selection certificate, or any equivalent certification.
- Preferably with experience in outsourcing, staffing, start-up, or tech company.
- A great communicator in both written and verbal mediums
- Adept at using different sourcing techniques and platforms.
- An eye for profiling and spotting people who are not only a skills fit but a culture fit as well.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- The willingness and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
