STORE CREDIT CONSULTANT (JOB NUMBER: ST CR CON 070614)

**Main Purpose Statement**
We are seeking enthusiastic and sales driven, Store Credit Consultants for Western Cape to sell, promote, administer and activate store account cards and other financial products. The successful incumbent would need to achieve and exceed sales targets, interact with customers to understand their credit needs and maintain strong relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers and explain the benefits of the account card and other financial products offered
- Promote and create awareness around store finance offerings
- Achieve in store new account targets for loans and cards
- Provide awesome customer service
- Manage customer queries and escalate to the relevant department and follow up on resolution
- Assist in the planning and execution of in store promotions with management
- Utilise point of sale (POS) as per the visual merchandising guide
- Adhere to store and company policies and procedures
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with in store team members and members of management
