You will be responsible for but not limited to:
To actively prospect potential clients, through lead providers (agents and originators) and through personal marketing and people engagement opportunities, then by using the appropriate needs analysis based selling techniques

Identify and approach potential customers to introduce our rewards card programs

Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and businesses to demonstrate the benefits of our rewards card programs

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

Stay up to date with the features and benefits of our rewards card programs to effectively communicate value propositions to customers

Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued usage of our rewards card programs

Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales transactions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and follow-ups

Provide high quality service and maintain client confidentiality and trust

Using proactive prospecting methods: Create a strong network of potential clients through ongoing partnering and relationship building

(Using outstanding product knowledge, present the features and benefits of a product package to the potential client in such a way that it meets their need)

**Qualifications**:
Matric Certificate

Certificate / Diploma will be adv
2 - 3 Years sales experience in the Financial Services Industry

Proven sales experience, particularly in a commission-based role, is preferred

A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives

Valid driver’s license

Having your own reliable transportation to and from the client engagement is essential

Individual must be willing to work on the road as sales will be made in different locations

Monthly renumeration will be R9 000.00 + commission

**Skills**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively presenting our rewards card programs to customers

A customer-centric approach with a focus on building positive relationships and delivering exceptional service

Ability to work independently and proactively seek out sales opportunities

Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8 999,00 - R9 000,00 per month
