**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE**:

- A minimum of a Grade 12.
- (A 3-year Tertiary Qualification will be an added advantage).
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Client Services environment.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a team leader/supervisor in a Client Services environment.
- Knowledge of medical scheme rules, minimum of 5 years essential.
- Knowledge of Siemens or similar telephone system, 5 years essential.
- Excellent language skills - English and Afrikaans 5 years essential.
- Able to function independently as well as in a team.
- High level of computer literacy: MS Office Package
- Well-developed leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills 2 years essential.
- Ability to liaise with external clients/members and service providers.
- Excellent attention to detail that is results focussed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
**Service Delivery**
- Extract data and create standard operational data reports to support the Service Manager with trend analysis
- Generate, compile, and analyse productivity reports and statistics required as business information by the executive management
- Analyse data and report possible risks to the Service Manager as well as provide recommendations.
- Proactively identify and manage potential problems/escalations within data with appropriate resolution plans.
- Document the processes and create a pipeline of requirements that needs to be discussed with the respective area before implementing.
- Consult to business areas around fundamental components required to manage operational risk and deliver initiatives in accordance with business requirements to ensure delivery of private banker experience.
- When required, attend healthcare/data analytics workshops to keep the company abreast of changes in the industry with regards to reporting and trends.
- Prioritise customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Compile work instructions for all process upgrades or new processes for hand over to the relevant department.

**Process optimisation (Practice management and review.)**
- Regularly reviews business processes to identify inefficiencies and constraints.
- Works with team to understand and explore industry best practice and creative options for improvement and to address constraints.
- Process re-engineering, Initiates process re-engineering projects and achieves sustained improvement in key operational metrics i.e. volume, cost, quality, turnaround times, customer satisfaction.
