**Signal Hill Products is looking for a Receiving Clerk (Logistics)**

Position/Title: Receiving Clerk
Reports To: Warehouse and Logistics Manager
Area: Warehouse (Cape Town)
Number of Reports 0

**Overall Responsibility**:
The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording all stock that comes in and out of SHP.

**Focus Area 1**
- Receive all deliveries and verify all stock items based on purchases orders.
- Handle all necessary paperwork upon delivery receipt.
- Inspect all the contents based on quality management specifications.
- Manage and process rejected stock items.
- Handle and document invoices
- Engage with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
- Monitors order management.
- Manage returnable stock items.

**Requirements of the Role**
- Excellent time management skills
- Willing to work overtime and be available on weekends.

**Preferred Skills/Competencies**
- Previous working experience as receiving clerk
- Certification for operating forklift will be a plus
- Hand on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft office.

**Salary**: From R2.00 per month
