**Job Title**: SETA Liaison

**Location**:Woodmead Office Park

**Reports**: Director: Skills Development

**Department**: Skills and Compliance

**Job Overview**:
The SETA Liaison will be responsible for to facilitate effective communication and ensure the alignment of training and skills development programs within a specific sector, in accordance with SETA guidelines and national qualifications frameworks. The Liaison Officer will work closely with stakeholders to promote the goals and objectives of the SETA and ensure successful implementation of skills development initiatives

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Learner enrolments - Registration**
- Register learners on the relevant system
- Link learners to relevant qualifications
- Request letters of enrolments /download Contracts as per the relevant SETA/QCTO system
- SSETA - Enroll learners on the LMS system and request Letter of enrolment
- MERSeta - upload on NSDMS, generate learner contract, print for signatures (scan into client folder after signatures)

**Learner de-enrollment**
- SSETA - de enroll on LMS system

**Learner system enrolments/updates - after Interim moderation is concluded**
- Upload concluded moderation report
- Update learner status to - Competent/qualified (per system)
- Request Exit verification from the system (per system)
- Update the SOR and Certificate templates with Exit Moderation report findings
- Submit SOR & Certificate template list
- Request certificates to be printed Ensure the exit process is handled in a professional manner to manage all necessary documentation, payments and handovers to ensure that everyone is consistently treated fairly.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the Group executive.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Senior Certificate or Highest qualification in a Skills Qualification (e.g SDF)
- MICT/QCTO certificate
- Skills Development Facilitator qualification
- SETA knowledge
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
- Good working knowledge and understanding of SETA and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in managing and updating data related to training programs, learner records, and certification.
- Ability to generate reports and provide accurate updates to senior staff or stakeholders regarding training progress, compliance, and outcomes.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From R16 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
