**_Sales Administrator _**

**The requirements are as follows**:

- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Warehousing and distribution and/or Sales is an added advantage
- 3 years working experience in a similar role in the manufacturing sector is a requirement
- Minimum of 3 years Syspro knowledge and experience
- Good numeric and literacy skills
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Knowledge of Alnet’s products is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years’ stock controlling experience is essential
- Minimum of 3 years’ staff supervision experience
- Must have operational and business administration skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have organizational, planning and office management skills
- Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines
- Must be able to lead and manage a team
- Must be customer and service oriented
- Must be able to solve problems independently
- Must be physically fit to cope with the inherent requirements of the job
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
**Daily tasks will include but will not be limited to**:

- Planning, organizing and assisting with coordinating Durban branch activities.
- Monitoring day to day operations of the branch and reporting on branch performance.
- Ensuring staff performance and attendance.
- Generating wage calculations and time sheets.
- Assisting and ensuring efficient dispatching process.
- Assisting in capturing orders and Invoicing picking slips.
- Assisting with telesales and counter sales when required.
- Ensuring staff compliance with Alnet’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Providing general assistance to the branch when and where required.
