Conference & Events Operations Manager Job Description:
We are searching for a talented and motivated Operations Manager to organize outstanding and unforgettable events. You will lead a team of coordinators to organize and execute every part of the event preparations, such as preparing venues, approving menus, developing seating plans, helping clients with décor & flower choices and evaluating success afterward while assuring that all company values and regulations are adhered too.

As the Operations Manager, you should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of event management. You will need to be able to lead a team sucesfully in a high preassure enviroument. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are vital in this role, as our success depends on meeting our client's tailored requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
- Liaise with different departments, vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
- Manage teams to ensure excelent event setups.
- Maintain event budgets.
- Book entertainers, photographers, suppliers and schedule meetings with existing and future clients.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
- Staffing and scheduling for all relating venues and events.
- Assess an event’s overall success and analyze findings for future improvements.
- Oversee the events from start too finish in accordance to the client's specifications

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in the events industry.

*At least 3 years' experiance in a management/leadership role.
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Outstanding vendor management skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, public relations or tourism is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Own transport and license is preferred.
