**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Manager with a background in architecture or civil engineering to manage all residential pool and landscape projects.

**Major Responsibilities**

1. Managing a team of project managers with a workforce of engineers, supervisors and laborers

2. Schedule the projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines and to ensure that we deliver our projects on time, within budget, as per design, specifications and standards

3. Delivery of multiple parallel projects with different timelines and delivery dates and coordinate different tasks under tight time constraints

4. Study job specifications and make recommendations and take necessary actions where extra resources or alternative work processes are required to maintain or increase performance

5. Develop and implement quality control programs and safety regulations

6. Oversee and monitor the project works to ensure that all works comply with project approved drawings, specifications, prevailing standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.

7. Maintain an awareness of all potential risks to the company’s day-to-day objectives.

8. Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and equipment’s and to advice on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism

9. Communicating and coordinating with a range of parties and people involved in the project including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, local authorities and the project teams

10. Following up the payments/invoices

**Requirements**:

- Graduate degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in position of Project Manager, Construction Manager Position.
- Required to be a team leader with top quality standards, pro-active management and excellent communication & client satisfaction skills and service orientated attitude.
- Valid driving license.

**Compensation**:
**Summary of Monthly Earnings**:

- Base Salary: 15,000 AED - 18,000 AED

**Additional Benefits**:

- Employee will be provided with Employment Visa
- Employee will be provided with Mobile & Sim Card for official use.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R70 000,00 - R80 000,00 per month
