In this role, you will actively engage and support new hires in a training environment to develop their knowledge of the company's values, employee workspaces, and products and procedures. You will ensure that every employee is set up for success in their new role by providing comprehensive instruction, administering tests, and monitoring attendance throughout the training process.

Reporting to the Training Manager, we seek a Trainer who will welcome and motivate new hires as they embark on their journey.

**Responsibilities**
- Participating in the development and implementation of key training processes.
- Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and individuals.
- Creating individual learning plans.
- Delivering a range of training using classroom, online, and blended learning

methods.
- Providing tailored coaching support, in partnership with Operations, to drive

and support the achievement of KPIs, demonstrating value added to the business.
- Handling all details and information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Establishing and maintaining a professional training environment, including training facilities, equipment, and student training materials.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes to products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Training new hires on product, process, and customer handling skills.
- Keeping records of training events using attendance registers, logging

training records, and reporting training results to relevant parties.
- Conducting assessments during and after training, and communicating results promptly to all relevant parties.
- Supporting agreed-upon training and development projects.
- Updating training curriculum on an ongoing basis.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more in training and adult learning or call center experience
- Engage and support your trainees in making sure they have the proper tools and
- systems knowledge to accomplish day-to-day tasks
- 1+ years’ experience in Travel industry essential
- Training, coaching and mentoring experience;
- Train the Trainer, Accessor and Moderator (advantageous)
- Computer literacy at intermediate level (MS Office).
