We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our forward-thinking team

As a Project Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and executing our groundbreaking project vision and strategy. This exhilarating role combines strong technical expertise, sharp business acumen, and outstanding communication skills to drive innovation and propel our projects to new heights.

If you’re ready to make a significant impact and shape the future of our initiatives, we want you on board to:

- ** Define Features**: Create detailed specifications for new travel products and services based on market research and customer feedback.
- ** Execute Roadmap**: Ensure timely delivery of travel packages and services as outlined in the project roadmap.
- ** Collaborate**: Work closely with travel consultants and developers to bring new travel products to market efficiently.
- ** Validate**: Confirm new features with managers and stakeholders to ensure they meet business objectives.
- ** Identify Opportunities**: Spot strategic initiatives to enhance the travel agency's offerings and customer experience.
- ** Fix Issues**: Coordinate resolution of any service or product issues promptly.
- ** Manage Systems**: Oversee Zendesk, Axialys, and Slack for operational support.
- ** Centralize Needs**: Streamline operations team requirements for better efficiency.
- ** Communicate Features**: Inform managers and stakeholders of new features before release.

**Qualifications**
As a Project Manager, to excel in this position, you should bring:

- ** Degree**: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- ** Experience**: Proven success as a Project Manager or similar role, with a history of successfully launching and managing projects.
- ** Technical Skills**: Strong background in project management methodologies and tools.
- ** Communication**: Excellent at articulating project vision, strategy, and priorities.
- ** Collaboration**: Effective in cross-functional teamwork and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
