Cape Town, South Africa Coricraft Full time

**Main Purpose of the Position**: Set up, manage, and maintain the Coricraft Golden Thread - look, feel and style of the brand in stores. Considering Merchandise, POS material, customer demographic and store layout.

**Education, Experience, and competencies required**:

- Qualifications (Decorating / Merchandising Diploma)
- Minimum 5 Years Visual Merchandising Experience (Décor Merchandising Prerequisite)
- Retail Experience advantageous
- Minimum 3 Years People management Skills required:

- Creative, flair for interior
- Attention to detail
- Analytical
- Proficient in AutoCAD Key Responsibility Areas:

- Ensure that the blueprints, merchandising principles as well as CAD layouts are practical for implementation
- Oversee all Coricraft display
- Investigate and report on practical implementation monthly, concerns/complaints/general feedback from Regionals regarding store layout blueprints
- Provide training to stores on merchandising principles and visual blueprints quarterly.
- Measuring the impact of visual blueprints in store
- Visual interpretation of merchandise per demographic
- Ensure having right product in the right place in the right time, to create an easy but interesting shopping experience for the customer.
- Ensure that full ranges are shown and supported at store level with relevant signage
- Creating and updating CAD drawings, identify, track and implement all product to and from stores
- Implement floor grading as set out by the Store planner on the CAD
- The changes are communicated to the stores
- Measuring the impact of CAD in store
- Ensure that the product used, considers the learnings and feedback from stores
- Ensure that all managers understand the involvement of the Merchandiser

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Furniture: 4 years (preferred)
