An established, dynamic and well-developed brand that is a national concern with branches across South Africa, has an opportunity available for an experienced individual that specializes Visual Merchandising. You will fulfil the role of a Visual Merchandiser within Head Office based in Paarden Eiland.

You will be responsible for the following:
Design and implement visual merchandising strategies.

Create eye catching displays in line with the Absolute Pets standards.

Deliver clear communication to stores to ensure all briefs are met.

Follow up with stores to give them feedback on displays.

Ensure all stores meet the Visual Merchandising standards.

Work closely across departments and stores to ensure all launches and promotions are

executed.

Update visual merchandising displays according to sales and seasonal trends.

Carry out store visits to ensure the briefs are followed and provide support and

feedback to relevant teams.

Perform regular VM audits across stores to ensure standards are consistent across all

stores.

Assist with the successful rollout of the company Visual Merchandising strategies such

as planograms and focal displays, etc.

Develop, Update, and implement all visual merchandising modules across all stores.

Training and development of all store teams on Visual Merchandising basics and

standards

Provide regular feedback to the operations, marketing, Project and product teams on

enhancements and revenue performance areas within stores.

Matric

Relevant degree / diploma will be adv

Min 2 years’ experience within the visual merchandising retail industry

Computer literate - MS Office

Valid driver’s license

**SKILLS**:
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Customer service attitude

Self-motivated and results driven

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R16,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
