**Location**: Canal Walk Shopping Mall, Century City, Cape Town

**Job shift**: Full time (_morning & evening shift including weekend & public holiday shifts_)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail experience (at least 6 months) preferred
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service with good smile
- Ability to work well in a team environment (_Willingness to facilitate communication_)
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays during the festive season

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate excellent time management skills (_Applications are welcome from individuals who demonstrate a strong sense of time management_)
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with the team, address issues or feedback, and strive for resolution
- Have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Pack and display the new products every week and assist online order packing
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members alike
