**Description **:This role primarily focuses on online packing tasks, with the main responsibility being to manage and pack daily online orders on weekdays. When online orders are not busy or weekends, you will also assist with sales and provide customer service at front.

**Location**: Canal Walk Shopping Mall, Century City, Cape Town

**Job shift**: Full time (_morning & evening shift including weekend & public holiday shifts_)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail experience (at least 1 year) preferred
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service with good smile
- Ability to work well in a team environment (_Willingness to facilitate communication_)
- Must be able to work quickly on weekends and public holidays during the festive season

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate excellent time management skills (_Applications are welcome from individuals who demonstrate a strong sense of time management_)
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with the team, address issues or feedback, and strive for resolution
- Have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Pack online order shipping
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members alike
