**RECEPTION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**CK Coachworks Motor Group is looking for a competent, well-presented, vibrant receptionist to assist with the following tasks**:

- Manage a very busy switchboard
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Update clients - if needed
- Manage towed vehicles and liaising with clients
- Sending weekly reports
- Manage courtesy cars timeously for the branch and liaise with relevant person in charge for the group
- Manage traffic fines timeously for the branch and liaise with relevant person in charge for the group
- Follow up on quotations

Assist with booking in vehicles if necessary
- Filing paperwork
- Adhoc admin duties
- Professional and well-spoken
- Vibrant personality with excellent customer service skills
- The ability to take direction
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure - not negotiable

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
