Are you an organized and customer-focused professional with a background in aesthetic therapy? We are looking for a Receptionist with experience as a Junior Aesthetic Therapist to join our team in Cape Town. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for providing exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and daily schedules efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Process payments and manage administrative tasks, including client records.

**Junior Aesthetic Therapy Duties**:

- Assist senior therapists in delivering aesthetic treatments as needed.
- Perform basic aesthetic treatments under supervision (e.g., facials, skin consultations).
- Educate clients on skincare products and treatments.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in therapy rooms and equipment.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Prior experience as a receptionist in a professional environment.
- Certification and experience as a Junior Aesthetic Therapist.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office tools.
- Passion for skincare and aesthetics.
