We are looking for a meticulous and highly skilled QA Operator to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Inspections and Testing**:

- Perform regular inspections of products, materials, and processes.
- Conduct various tests to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Record and analyze test results, identifying any discrepancies or defects.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and tests.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and actions taken.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.

**Data Analysis Using Excel**
- Accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
- Use formulas, pivot tables, and charts to analyze and visualize data.
- Implement advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH) to improve data management and analysis.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Identify potential quality issues and develop corrective actions.
- Suggest and implement improvements to QA processes and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

**Communication and Teamwork**
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Assist in training new QA operators on quality standards and procedures.

**Compliance and Safety**
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure all QA activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a QA Operator or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
- Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance is a plus.

Pay: R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
