**CPT (South Africa)**:

- Azarc is looking for a highly-skilled, self-motivated, and well-organised Senior QA Analyst to join our world-class global team in delivering solutions to the logistics industry and beyond.

- Understands the importance of following processes and procedures to achieve a low rate of production issues, bugs or deployment rollbacks
- Ability to think critically, providing valuable feedback on performance, bugs and overall user experience
- Attention to detail often finding bugs and potential issues that others might miss or gloss over
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment working alongside developers in sprints
- A track record of experience leading a team of QA analysts to design and follow processes and procedures which result in a low rate of production issues, bugs or deployment rollbacks
- Ability to think critically, ensuring software standards are of the highest calibre and avoidable issues are caught before release.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate complex, technical concepts at the right level for the intended audience.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on relevant software testing, test tooling and; test procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively address any issues, or blockers
- Collaborate with management, project management, and QA to meet goals and deadlines
- Actively contribute to and adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
- In-depth grasp of the business cases under test to ensure a comprehensive test suite
- Develop and execute test cases and scripts; closely matched to acceptance criteria (manual & automated).
- Defect logging, management, and resolution
- Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
- Act as the key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases and sprint cycles, coordinating the efforts of junior Analysts as appropriate
- Work closely with the team to develop acceptance criteria and ensure that these are documented.
- Lead and mentor QA team members.
