A large renewable energy company with offices around the world is looking for a Head of Operations - Installation and Construction.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline is preferred. Other degrees or qualifications will be considered proving extensive experience in relevant industries.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operative project execution and construction site management for complex technical projects either in the civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind turbine or similar
- Demonstrated ability to successfully complete large-scale projects, managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Driving Licence
- Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
- Office suite professional and other Suites are a plus.
- P6 and Microsoft Project
- File server access & Sharepoints

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead, coordinate and manage the Project with the target of complying with the schedule, quality and budget requirements.
- Lead, develop and manage the Operations organization and coordinate their activities.
- Plan and organize the project’s development, coordinating the human and material resources which are required to run it and managing their opportune highs and lows in the Project.
- Lead representation with the Project Manager, Contractors and other third parties on any matter relating to the Project.
- Report to the functional responsible and DIN on the progress and performance of the projects, dysfunctions, lessons learnt, and good practices.
- Provide technical support to Sales department.
