**Job Purpose**:
The purpose of this Job is to assist Export Controllers, Supervisors and Manager with all shipping related tasks in order to maintain OTIFNE - On time in full no errors for all shipments and tasks allocated.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Grade 12/ Matric

**EXPERIANCE**:
At least 2 years experience in shipping with export experience preferrably in Seafreight
Road freight experience an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Typing CTO's ( order to cash - Transnet)
2. Typing of EUR.1 Certificates, GSP Form A, Certificate of Origin, SADC certificates (Preparation of Country Required Certificates. ) 3. Typing bill of lading, shipping instructions (on MS Word, MS Excel, and WEB)
(E-mail or submit online the above documents to the various shipping lines)
4. Checking of Bills of Lading and Specifications and printing of these documents.
5. Processing of Cargo Dues
6. Assist the Client Controller with claims (Manifest correctors, cargo dues) and/or queries in relation to shipment files handled. 7. Will be required to take on Adhoc shipments which will include adhering to Export shipment process requirements. (handling a shipment from start to finish)
8. Tracking of Export shipments
