Responsible for managing internal mobility within Corporate Functions, working closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition Leads, Managers and colleagues, to ensure that the right people are in the right roles and that the organization is able to meet its talent needs.

In collaboration with Group, the Talent Mobility Partner is responsible for developing and implementing talent mobility strategies, policies, and practices that align with the organization's goals and values.

**Job Description**:
Key Accountabilities:

- In collaboration with Group, develop and implement talent mobility strategies and policies that support the function’s goals and values.
- Work with P&C, TA Leads, managers, and employees to identify talent needs and opportunities for career growth and development.
- Collaborate with recruitment, talent development and talent management teams to ensure that the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as relocation vendors and immigration attorneys, to support talent mobility initiatives across the AGL
- Manage the relocation and immigration process for colleagues moving between locations or countries.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues and managers throughout the talent mobility process.
- Monitor and track talent mobility metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent mobility programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to talent mobility, such as immigration and employment laws.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the global market place, competitive position and commercial drivers for a complex, large scale business
- Uses business acumen/perspective to translate the Business Unit strategy into a clear Talent Mobility agenda
- Provide strategic partnering to various stakeholders in a fast moving, complex and developing environment.
- Drives a culture of customer centricity and responsiveness across Corporate Functions

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of talent mobility strategies and policies.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to talent mobility, such as immigration and employment laws.
- Analytical skills to evaluate talent mobility metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, talent management, or related field.
- Experience with relocation and immigration processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Human and Social Studies (required)
