Working across HR and business teams, you’ll provide toolkits, insights, and interventions that embed talent mobility and career growth at scale.What You’ll DoDesign and implement the organisation’s talent and performance strategyLead talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiativesDevelop career ladders and competency frameworks across functionsBuild and optimise toolkits, processes, and talent technologyAnalyse talent data to inform strategy and close capability gapsDrive talent acceleration programmes and build internal pipelinesManage the full performance cycle — from goal-setting to reviewsAlign performance management with growth and retention strategiesPartner with business and CoEs to influence and enable actionWhat You BringDegree in HR, Organisational Development, or related field (postgrad an advantage)10+ years total experience, with 5+ in talent and performanceProven record in designing and rolling out talent frameworksStrong understanding of career mobility, succession, and assessment toolsAnalytical and pragmatic, with a performance and growth mindsetExcellent collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skillsWhat Success Looks LikeStrong succession pipelines and internal mobilityEmbedded talent practices linked to business goalsPerformance culture that drives accountability and growthMeasurable reduction in regrettable losses and talent risk
