**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and efficient capture of supplier and debtor invoices, transactions/payments into HansaWorld Standard ERP software, and reconciliation of supplier and debtor statements to invoices captured.
- Cost tracking from suppliers to ensure pre-agreed rates are invoiced.
- Staff and directors' expenses control.
- Monitor debtors' payments and oversee debtor handover
- Accurately prepare and timely submissions of bi-weekly Debtors statements and manage overdue accounts and disputes.
- Reconcile the standard ERP to bank balances regularly.
- Liaising with various service providers e.g. Hollard, Discovery Health, Tracker, and our bankers and group accountants as and when required.
- Daily bank statement receipt allocations.
- Ad-hoc duties as required to assist the smooth running of the accounts department.
- Asset registry management.
- Recommendations to management for improvements of existing processes.


**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Proven track record in senior or mid-level accounting/bookkeeping roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng (City of Johannesburg): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
