Job Overview

To lead and organise TruckStore Southern Africa operating plan and team through ensuring that all strategic KPI’s and sales targets are reached. All activities to be executed in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Staff Development: Fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.
- Sales and Network Strategy: Steering the TruckStore Agency Sales Model and enhancing cooperation with the Dealer Network.
- KPI Management: Controlling stock, financials, sales, and operational KPIs to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Residual Value Process: Improving the residual value process for trucks and buses, ensuring transparency and speed for customers.
- Brand Partnerships: Developing relationships with brand partners to analyze statistics and improve residual values, leveraging these partnerships to support the dealer network and customers.
- Operations and Marketing Management: Continuously improving systems, processes, and marketing to uphold TruckStore standards and enhance business results.
