The Spotted Owl is a multi-disciplinary Repairs & Maintenance Business. Our service divisions cover all essential property services including with water & drains, electrical and gas.

The position is for an experienced fault-finding electrician who can tackle difficult problems such as earth-leak trips, overloads etc.

Most of our work is supporting our growing customer base in keeping their properties functioning well making it essential to get to know the property and do only high-quality, long-lasting work

**Important skills and characteristics**
- Good communications - Understanding Afrikaans is mandatory. Communicating well with customers and colleagues is essential.
- Highly responsible - You are the company’s representative. Understanding and taking full responsibility for solutions, quality of work and customer experience is a must-have

**Responsibilities include**:

- Fault finding - This is the most important aspect of the job and real experience in structured fault-finding is essential
- New installations (design and installation)
- Repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Customer experience management on site

**Qualifications**
- Clean criminal check
- Valid wireman's licence
- Driver's licence

**Experience**:

- Electrical industry: minimum 3 years including apprenticeship
- Preferably experience in residential.
