**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated electrician to join our team. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, including solar installations, general electrical work, troubleshooting, and maintenance. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to the growth of renewable energy, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and solar power systems.
- Conduct electrical wiring, conduit installation, and troubleshooting for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality service.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations to improve system performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Electrician License or equivalent certification.
- Experience in solar energy systems installation (preferred but not required—training can be provided).
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
