**Operations Management**: Ensure smooth daily operations of the club, including scheduling courts, managing bookings, and overseeing club facilities.
**Staff Supervision**: Recruit, train, and manage club staff, including coaches, receptionists, and maintenance staff.
**Customer Experience**: Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for members and guests. Address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
**Events and Tournaments**: Plan, organize, and oversee padel events, tournaments, and other activities to engage members and attract new customers.
**Marketing and Membership Growth**: Develop marketing strategies to grow club membership and increase participation in events. Collaborate with local businesses and the community to promote the club.
**Budget Management**: Monitor and manage club expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality services.
**Maintenance and Safety**: Ensure that club facilities and equipment are properly maintained and meet safety standards.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in managing a sports club or recreational facility (experience with padel is a plus).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to plan and manage events, including tournaments.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction.
Budget management experience.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in sports facilities.
**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with padel as a sport, including rules, equipment, and player needs.
Marketing and social media management skills to promote the club and attract members.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
First Aid certification is a plus.
