Human Resource Coordinator

Ensuring compliance with employment regulations, company policies and best practices
- Admnistrating the daily functions of the HR department and ensuring that the company's training and development needs are met
- Assisting with talent acquisition, recruitment processes and employment contracts
- Payroll Administration
- Creating, implementing, and admnistering HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and guidlines
- Providing support to employees in terms of leave, compesation, etc. and resolving staff issues and problems
- Processing, verifying and maintaining documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and perfomance evaluations
- Assisting with the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Mainatining employee files and records in electronic and paper form
**Salary**: Up to R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuils River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HRIS: 1 year (preferred)
- Human resource: 4 years (preferred)
- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
