CMTrading, an award-winning, FSCA regulated, and one of the oldest brokerages, is looking to hire a talented **Sales Team Leader** to join its growing team in South Africa.

As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online trading platform. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a dynamic team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Your role will involve a combination of strategic planning, team management, and hands-on involvement in the sales process.

**JOB DESCRIPTION (Key Responsibilities)**:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team members' skills and performance. Sales Techniques to effectively upsell customers and close sales.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other department heads to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to upper management on team and individual performance.
- Documentation and Reporting of relevant Sales team information.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement skills.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work overtime and irregular hours as necessary to meet deadlines and support the sales team in achieving objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS (Skills & Qualifications)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of online trading platforms and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
