Blue Mercury is seeking a Team leader.

Team leader would be responsible for running a team selling discovery life

Basic salaries are 13 000 with 18500 commission earnable per month, over 4 KPI, max earnings 31500.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Leading and Motivating**: Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Coaching and Development**: Providing guidance, feedback, and training to improve individual and team performance.
- **Building Relationships**: Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- **Delegation and Task Assignment**: Effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Addressing and resolving conflicts within the team.
- **Performance Management**: Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing constructive feedback, and taking corrective action when needed.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- **Developing Sales Plans**: Creating and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- **Setting Sales Goals**: Establishing clear, measurable, and achievable sales targets for the team.
- **Analyzing Sales Data**: Tracking and analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Managing Customer Relationships**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- **Implementing Sales Processes**: Ensuring the team follows established sales processes and best practices.
- **Staying Updated**: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Team leaders are allowed to recommend staff they would like to bring into the company and HR will follow the recruitment process from that point on

Pay: Up to R25 000,00 per month
