Analytics and Integration Manager

**About this role**
The Analytics and Integration Manager is responsible for effective data integration, analysis and reporting as well as leading and developing a team of data analysts to provide actionable insights to the business and our clients. You’ll work closely with Product Design and Development teams, Information Security, Clients, Execs and servicing teams.
In addition to owning the Data analytics and Integration functions, you’ll be well positioned to advise on Data Governance, Master Data Management and Security best practice.

With this in mind, you will make an impact from day one by:

- Sourcing datasets from various clients, CCi products and systems. Where datasets are unavailable, develop specifications with relevant teams to build datasets in a useable format for analytics.
- Developing and maintaining data and integration architectures as required for analytics needs (AWS/Azure/Google) - _currently working in AWS._
- Implementing operational and strategic analytics and reporting platforms like Power BI for Data Analysts and self-service analytics offerings for key internal and client stakeholders.
- Assume responsibility for inputs into the Product Portfolio Management process and providing actionable insights around product usage, costs and benchmarking to the organization.
- Prototyping, testing and implementation of analytics services with clients with the goal of monetizing outputs.
- Advising, developing and implementing _(in some cases with service providers)_ integration architectures to delivery end to end ERP integration, good data governance and master data management.
- Advising on pricing strategies for SAAS products and services.
- Working with internal/external clients to identify analytics improvements and opportunities across TRACC products and their own data, relating to practice performance analytics.
- Recruiting, leading and developing a team of data analysts as required.
- Managing departmental budget.
- Working with various vendors and service providers to support delivery.
- Growing our data science area of competence within CCi.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Education Level
- BSc/BCom Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar

Experience
- 5+ years’ work experience with at least 2+ years’ leading and mentoring a team of data analysts and data engineers
- Demonstrable experience in using analytics to make better business decisions
- Interest in supply chain and manufacturing operations
- An understanding of Agile methodologies preferable
- Experience working in a client facing role and c-suite level preferable

**Specific Skills**
- Experience with implementation of data platform architectures and tradeoffs of solutions
- Experience working with the AWS data platform (S3, Athena, Glue) and data sources (MySQL, API’s)
- Experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI (preferable) or Tableau
- Experience with data modelling techniques and data model restrictions (RLS)
- Experience with Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- SQL, Python (Pandas) and DAX experience required on an intermediate level (at least 2)
- Pyspark experience preferred
- Experience in Git, Visual Studio or similar and DevOps (Terraform) familiarity
- Hands-on experience in Data Science/Statistics
- Experience mentoring analysts and working with data engineering
