Overview: Creditors, Credit Card(s), and Processing Teams. Duties & Responsibilities: (An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role) v Daily Audit trail Sign off. v Daily Release of Payments v Any additional Banking department duties as per the need arises within the department. v Support staff and provide or ensure the necessary training is provided. v Delivering excellent customer/supplier service by resolving all queries within the turnaround time v Liaising with various departments within Club Travel Corporate to resolve or clarify any issues that may arise v Clearing/managing un-invoiced reports and Paper trail invoicing queues v Ensuring suppliers are paid within terms and that healthy relationships are built and maintained. v Vendor Listing management. v Oversee the Pre-payment process. v Open Voucher report management v Foster healthy relationships with various corporate hub managers ensuring optimal operating processes are in Skills, Experience & Qualification(s): v BCom Accounting degree OR BCom Business v Banking Department Experience 3-5 years v Profin knowledge advantageous v Supplier and Customer experience 3-5 years v Previous Nedbank and Standard business banking experience will be advantageous. v Possess competent written and verbal communication skills. v Possess effective organizational skills, the ability to complete multiple tasks, and a high volume of work on v deadline. **Salary**: R400,000.00 - R500,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: - Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
