Cvm Data Analyst

**Job purpose**

If you are highly analytical and data-driven, then this is the role for you as the CVM Analyst will be crucial in delivering the CVM strategy for aYo Holdings. As a CVM Analyst you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of customer behaviour and market trends to inform the development and execution of our customer value management (CVM) strategies in Africa.

Utilising your superior knowledge on customer value techniques, this role will implement CVM campaigns, monitor their performance and generate insights to understand better the customer behaviour. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and customer service whereby you will be required to identify opportunities for improving customer loyalty, retention and profitability in the Pan-African market.

**Key Deliverables**
- Analyse customer data and market trends in Africa to develop insights into customer behaviour and preferences
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to identify high-value customers in Africa and target them with personalised offers and promotions
- Introduce new analysis and techniques through predictive modelling (tariff simulation, churn propensity, etc.) to enhance insights and efficiency of CVM campaigns
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute CVM strategies that drive customer loyalty, retention, and profitability
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimise CVM strategies and improve customer engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CVM programs and initiatives, and recommend changes as needed to improve performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer value management and data analytics
- Facilitate channels of communication that monitor and feedback on performance by product and customer segment, both in retention and acquisition
- Capture insights from customer usage and behaviour and coordinate with other functional areas on market research requirements to gather insights from the market trends
