Job Description

To design and implement advanced analytical solutions that drive customer value management strategies across multiple African markets. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, solving complex problems and shaping how we engage customers through data-driven insights.

We need a self-starter who thrives on thinking creatively, challenges conventional approaches, and leverages advanced analytics to deliver measurable impact.
  • Lead CVM analytics initiatives by building predictive and optimisation models that enhance customer engagement, retention, and profitability across African markets.
  • Develop advanced segmentation and targeting strategies using statistical and machine learning techniques to personalise offers and campaigns.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable CVM models, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and customer behaviours.
  • Innovate in solution design, applying out-of-the-box thinking to create flexible, customised approaches for diverse African contexts.
  • Productionise CVM analytics within approved architectures, ensuring models are scalable and integrated into operational systems.
  • Analyse customer data to uncover patterns, predict churn, and identify monetisation opportunities that improve lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to embed CVM insights into decision-making and campaign execution.
  • Visualise and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in CVM, predictive modelling, and automation to continuously improve customer experience and business outcomes.
