Looking for a dynamic, analytical storyteller to support and mature our data and analytics capabilities. This person will be the primary point of contact for marketing stakeholders within regions and service divisions. The role includes working collaboratively with stakeholders to establish requirements, train and upskill them, unlock business insights, and construct clear plans of action - with a view to optimising performance and operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Be the primary point of contact for reporting requirements from regions and service divisions
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather insights, document action plans and diligently track and monitor progress.
- Analyse and interpret data and provide recommendations
- Be a critical interlock for regional sales operations leaders to ensure the end-to-end process is delivering revenue
- Train and upskill marketing stakeholders using effective storytelling to drive the adoption and usage of reports and dashboards. This could include the creation of videos and learning pathways for example.
- Manage requests and offer solutioning
- Help with the manual collection and collation of data where reporting cannot be automated.
- Build relevant and insightful reports in Power BI and SFDC, aligned to standardised templates, data quality controls and governance.
- Troubleshoot challenges in data and reporting and communicate changes required to relevant stakeholders e.g. process, behavioural, or data related.
- Ensure the correct setup and thorough testing of analytics frameworks needed to deliver required data across our digital ecosystem.
- Work with the Reporting Senior Manager to communicate performance statuses and successes (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), including campaign and program reporting.
- Support campaign reporting by gathering stakeholder requirements and working with stakeholders to capture and report on performance and insights. This includes reporting across leads, pipeline and revenue, digital channels, CRM (Eloqua), PR, events, etc.
- Support the definition and enablement of people and process reporting to manage attrition, and drive efficiencies and speed to market, amongst others.
- Measure the utilisation and adoption of reporting dashboards and technology platforms and recommend areas for improvement.
- Update report releases aligned to a prioritised backlog and communicate changes as required.
- Research and suggest ways to innovate and optimise reporting through the use and adoption of best practice methodologies and tools.
**Education and experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or Marketing related field.
- 5+ years in data and analytics related field preferably within a Marketing environment.
- Good knowledge of modern marketing tactics, revenue marketing, the marketing funnel, and marketing automation.
- Advanced experience with MS Office Suite and specific expertise in MS Excel.

- Ability to self-manage, with demonstrated ability to organize and schedule work effectively.
- Detail-orientated analytical thinker with a focus on data accuracy and quality, while driving insights for decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective understanding across a multi-lingual global team.
- Ability to foster good relations across marketing and sales operations.
