**KEY PERFORMANCE AREARS**

**Desktop Support**
- Implementation, maintenance and support of technical solutions in the Workgroup Operations environment
- Installations of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives
- Installation of desktops and laptop computers for use with the relevant software and completing the relevant documentation
- Responding to after-hours emergency support requests based on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Diagnosis of hardware and software related issues across the range of supported devices

**Hyper-V**
- Server software and Hardware Support
- Maintain a disaster recovery plan to protect the network.
- Install and configure network, desktop and server operating system software & upgrades.
- Monitor and optimize systems & server performance.
- Implementation, maintenance and support of technical solutions in the Workgroup Operations environment
- Installations of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives
- Installation of desktops and laptop computers for use with the relevant software and completing the relevant documentation

**Remote Support**

**Data Protection Manager (DPM)**
- Optimization of backup strategies for our IT environment
- Weekly management of DPM & replication solution
- Manually troubleshooting and addressing weekly backup failures
- Ensure operational documentation is up to date.

**SharePoint**
- Developing functional, technical & design specifications for document systems requirements
- Responsible for the architecture, design, configuration, development, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint technologies
- Further development and improvement of processes
- Migration of all departments from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online
- Preparation of SharePoint documentation, planning, and processes
- Providing informal training Sessions for End-Users
- Verification of content of all documents produced & reporting.
- Working closely with the users; for solutions including creating SharePoint Applications
- Ensure operational documentation is up to date.

**Office 365**
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of mail routing.
- Outlook Web Access (OWA) configuration and user support including secure access.
- Outlook troubleshooting and configuration
- Group Policy implementation specifically for Exchange and Outlook considerations
- Design, engineering, and operations of Microsoft related components including but not limited to Office 365 (including Identity Service & Security), Azure Cloud Operations, Exchange Messaging, Active Directory, Mimecast, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams and MS Teams Application development.
- Administration and scripting of environment using PowerShell.
- Ensure Messaging systems are running optimally, securely and protected via backup and 3rd party filtering systems.
- Monthly Reporting on Office 365
- Ensure operational documentation is up to date.

**SCCM**
- Windows Server patching coordination and implementation
- Preparation, testing, evaluating, installation and integration for operational components
- Create, perform, customize, and manage patch/vulnerability scans and reports.
- Deploy 3rd party software updates over WAN to desktop clients.
- Management of entire SCCM system.
- Ensure operational documentation is up to date.

**Mimecast**
- Management & Administration of Mimecast System
- Identify threats with mitigations plans.
- Mimecast policy review regularly and policy improvement suggestions with action plans
- Mimecast reporting
- Ensure operational documentation is up to date.

**Firewall**
- Ensuring network security compliance by performing regular firewall automated and manual assessment to deter and prevent exposure to cyber-attacks.
- Identifying firewall configuration errors, conflicting rules, security gaps, firewall security issues, optimize rule-sets, and enhance the overall firewall security posture and performance.
- Management and configuration of internet gateway router(s)

**Active Directory/Azure**
- Provide support, design solutions and maintain internet services and related infrastructure to ensure effective and efficient services.
- Develops plans to safeguard computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs.
