**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Be able to self-install a window campaign.
- Look for optimizing in-store opportunities to increase turn over.
- Maintain housekeeping, uphold our visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
- Create an inspiring environment. Have fun.
- Be well versed and connected to the Visual Merchandising industry.
- Liaise with all business departments to enable the execution of the brand strategies both through the window and in-store displays.
- Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques.
- Adhere to stock loss controls in store.
- Ability to maximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
- Establish a professional relationship with customers and provide friendly, helpful, courteous assistance and advice to all customers.
- Report customer compliments and complaints to management.
- Ensure all displays are organized, well-maintained, and comply with company standards and guidelines.
- Utilize space efficiently to maximize product visibility and accessibility.
- Regularly refresh displays and signage to keep the store environment dynamic and engaging

**Core Competencies**:

- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and customer behaviour.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

**Minimum Requirement.**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in visual merchandising or a related field is a plus.
- 2 years’ work experience within retail
- Microsoft - Computer Proficiency
