Call Centre Team Leader

A well-established company based in Randburg require a self-motivated, target driven individual to join our call Centre as a Team Leader, to manage a team of 10-15 call centre agents. All applicants must have previous outbound call centre experience.
As a Team Leader you must be able to support your Team. The Team Leader will be responsible for all success of their team by agreeing, implementing and monitoring teams as objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. The Team Leader will report to the junior and senior Call centre manager.
- Monitor the team performance and activity.
- Keeping up to date with company strategies and new developments.
- Ensuring that the team is always 100% up to date with company strategies and new developments.
- Ensuring that changes in the product and techniques are communicated efficiently and timeously to all agents.
- Ensuring that changes are implemented effectively within the set time frames.
- Understand and communicate the effect of the quality of the sales.
- Motivating the team to adhere to sales strategy.
- Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the teams.
- Work with individuals and team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month
