**Position Overview**:
As an HR Business Partner at IDR, you will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance, and implementing HR initiatives to support the overall success of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that contribute to the achievement of organisational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
- Drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and recommend effective resolutions.
- Assist in delivering a best-in-class talent acquisition experience and end-to-end recruitment functions.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.
- Support the talent acquisition process by partnering with recruiters to identify and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance and streamline HR processes and policies.
- Drive improvements in processes
- Conduct thorough and values eld recruitment and support hiring managers through internal processes
- Be a point of contact for people related processes in the South Africa Office. Be approachable and reliable

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices, recruitment technologies and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
