HR Business Partner Human Resources

Our client's is looking for HR Business Partner to join their management team and serve as a trusted consultant on all HR matters, ensuring seamless execution. Embrace your role as a change agent and advocate for employees by collaborating with management to develop and implement HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Accountabilities
- Partner and implement functional HR solutions:

- Develop and implement HR plans aligned with Foundation goals and objectives.
- Facilitate change initiatives to drive organizational success.
- Improve overall people effectiveness:

- Provide people management advice and support to resolve team conflicts and issues.
- Support, develop, and coach line managers in handling employee relations using HR policies.
- Attract, hire, develop, and grow capabilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to bring in the right talent.
- Work on salary structures for management hires to ensure competitiveness.
- HR Operations and Employee Engagement:

- Manage full employee lifecycle administration with timely processing of all transactions.
- Continuously review, improve, and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency.
- Engage with employees through various platforms to ensure high levels of engagement.
- Performance management:

- Partner with management to implement and administer performance management systems.
- Manage the annual salary increase process to recognize and reward performance.

Relevant experience and required skills:
Are you an HR professional equipped with a degree in Organisational Psychology or HR Management and at least 5 years experience covering all HR processes with a deep understanding of labour laws? Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional with strong organizational skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and proficiency in managing employees. Fluency in multiple languages, exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail are highly valued.
