- Experience in analyzing and optimizing order fulfillment processes
- Proficient in using order management systems and other relevant software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
