**As part of People Shared Services which provides excellent service and employee experience for over 35,000 employees, the Talent & Change Consultant’s primary responsibility is to, plan, execute and evaluate the Change and Communication Plans for various HR projects. In addition to this, deliver on talent operational activities related to various initiatives, including, but not limited to leadership, employee engagement, transformation, performance and wellbeing.**
- Implement internal employee change and communication plans related to various HR initiatives and projects
- Ensuring effective and collaborative briefing (with requestor); communication preparation; signed off by the right stakeholders and scheduled per agreed operating procedure
- Brief tasks to be delivered by various internal partners to ensure delivery within agreed lead times
- Ensuring the correct processes, operational execution and communication platforms are utilized
- Support leadership talent planning and succession processes (at individual, functional and organisational levels)
- Ensure that employee engagement initiatives are effectively implemented
- Project plan and execute wellbeing and other people driven initiatives
- Support centres of excellence (COE’s) by designing and implementing change and communication plans according to our structured change management methodology

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Change Management methodology course or accreditation (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) advantageous
- Knowledge of shared service industry advantageous
- Working understanding of Talent Development and / or HR generalist activities
- 5- 7 years working experience within HR
- 2-3 years change management / project experience
- 1 to 3 years' experience working in a project delivery context
