**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implementation and execution of remuneration strategies
- Deliver outputs as per OD and Reward principles, guidelines, and processes
- Keep up to date with key policy changes; new legislations; and new initiatives / projects as directed by the Remuneration Manager
- Be accountable for specific divisions regarding remuneration operational delivery, implementation and execution of projects as directed
- Guided by the annual calendar, meet business deadlines within SLA standards, including readiness for key internal meetings (e.g. Forums, annual increase mandates, variable pay and structural changes)
- Implementation of annual increases, variable pay activities, Sectorial determination increases and salary benchmarks calculations as per principles and guidelines
- Partner with internal key stakeholders such as Payroll, Data Analytics & Talent Acquisition
- Ensure allocated Remuneration activities, including queries are prepared and delivered within SLA and quality standards
- Prepare offers, restraint/retention and relevant packages accurately using updated templates, matrices and signed off by relevant stakeholders as per processes
- Ensure that consultation is provided to line managers with regards to optimal structures when changes are being considered, with escalation to the relevant parties where necessary
- Ensure that relevant documentation and systems are aligned/maintained

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Degree: B.Com HR/Industrial & Organizational Psychology/B.Com Finance or Statistics or equivalent
- GRP modules (completed or in progress)
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant remuneration experience
- Strong technical understanding of variable pay, pay review processes, Sectorial determination, EEA4, Remchannel data submissions and Incentive calculations
- Strong compensation (Guaranteed and Variable pay principles) and benefits knowledge
- MS Office package proficiency (Excel intermediate to advance)
- Ability to operate in a complex environment with highly demanding stakeholders
- Strong ability to build and manage relationships at all levels
