We’re recruiting a Quality Assurance - IPC Co-ordination in Cape Town area. Your role will be to coordinate, oversee and manage the repetitive patient documentation and medical necessity process for all patients meeting the repetitive patient description. Conduct yearly ISO internal audits to ensure management continues to follow process improvement guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant nursing qualification (Diploma/ Degree )
- A minimum of 7 years experience as a professional Nurses
- Compliance with the SANC code for a Registered Nurse and all applicable healthcare legislations
- Advanced Computer Literacy

**Key outputs( but not limited too)**:

- Knowledge of Public Service Sector, Act and Regulation.
- Knowledge of SANC Acts, rules and regulation.
- Knowledge of nursing care processes and procedures, nursing statutes and other relevant legal framework.
- Good communication skill verbally and written.
- Good leadership interpersonal and problem-solving, conflict management, decision-making, coordinating and negotiation skill.
- Good facilitation skills.
- Knowledge and experience in implementation Batho Pele Principles and Patient Rights Charter, Code of Conduct and Labour Relations.

**Key Performance areas**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance
- Programme, guideline, protocal, norms and standards
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance Operational Plan and participate in the development of the instructional
- Quality improvement programme and monitor progress on implementation.
- Consult/ advice HODs on the quality matters.
- Provide in-service training on relevant quality issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R18,500.00 - R30,000.00 per month
