**Job Description: Quality Analyst**

The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all custom software developed by the agencies to meet Doxim Striata's high quality standards.

**General duties**:

- Install, configure, and maintain virtual testing environments
- Design and execute test plans and test cases based on specifications and exploratory testing using Xray in Jira
- Perform black-box and UI testing on software components
- Validate template layout, responsiveness, personalization, and cross-browser rendering using Litmus and BrowserStack
- Conduct testing across various devices, operating systems, platforms, and browsers
- Log and track defects throughout the issue lifecycle in collaboration with delivery teams
- Participate in design/scoping sessions to understand business logic, data mappings, and solution flows
- Verify solutions conform to functional requirements, data structures, and formatting standards
- Deliver accurate and timely test reports and quality insights to QA Manager and project stakeholders
- Maintain clear, up-to-date QA documentation and contribute to process improvements

**Requirements**:

- Web and Back-end Testing experience
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and issue tracking
- High attention to detail in formatting, variable content, and layout accuracy
- Proficient in HTML/CSS
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure, independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with testing on a wide range of devices, browsers, and operating systems
- Hands-on experience using Jira, Xray, Litmus, and BrowserStack
- Basic scripting knowledge beneficial
- General technical awareness (OS setup, databases, file types)
- Ability to clearly present test results to technical and non-technical audiences
- Customer-first mindset and ability to adapt to a dynamic QA environment
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a tester/project quality assurer
- Proficient in test design and documentation, particularly using Xray and Jira
- Practical experience working with HTML templates, dynamic content, and QA tools
- Exposure to Litmus, BrowserStack, or similar visual and device testing tools
- ISTQB Foundation certification (preferred)
