Hire Resolve's client is on the lookout for a dedicated QA Analyst to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing the quality of software applications through effective testing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality is built into the software from the design phase
  • Document and track defects using appropriate tools.
  • Participate in the review of requirements and design documentation.
  • Provide insights on quality trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of test data and environments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and testing techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification is an advantage.
